NOTE Do not send back until receiving an RMA number and return instructions from us.
All equipment shipped to the factory will be at customer expense. With RMA number obtained, all equipment that is regarded as warranty repair will be shipped back via UPS Ground Service at T&C expense. Nonwarranty repairs require customers to pay for shipment using a valid UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL account number or pre-pay & add for return shipments.
